BellaCorse Project Silverstone

SEL-MOTION Motorsports is pleased to present our latest creation: Project Silverstone.  This truly one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle is based on a New Triumph Bonneville platform and features many unique aftermarket and vintage parts & accessories.  The styling screams Classic Cafe Racer in every sense.  The heart of this conversion is the hand made polished aluminum fuel tank and hand-laid fiberglass body components.  The rest of the package is completed with suspension and drivetrain upgrades in keeping with the sporting nature of this bike.  Below are the specifications:

  • Platform: 2001 Triumph Bonneville

  • Engine: 790cc oil/air cooled vertical twin, stock.  Includes BellaCorse stainless steel Allenhead bolt kit

  • Transmission: 5 speed, stock

  • Carburetion: Keihin CVK 36mm carbs, rejetted to match exhaust and air filters, heavy-duty intake rubbers with stainless steel manifold clamps, BellaCorse carb support brace, stock airbox replaced with ARP slip-on pod air filters.

  • Exhaust System: Bub 2-2 system

  • Front Suspension: Stock 41mm forks outfitted with Hagon progress-wound fork springs and Bel-Ray 20wt oil, BellaCorse Fork Gaiters and "Clip" clamps

  • Front Wheel/Tyre: Stock chrome 19" wheel with OE Bridgestone 100/90-19 tyre

  • Front Brake: Stock single rotor disk brake.  Span-adjustable brake lever

  • Rear Suspension: IKON 7610 chrome shocks with 4-way adjustable dampening

  • Rear Wheel/Tyre: Stock chrome 17" wheel with OE Bridgestone 130/80-17 tyre

  • Rear Brake: Stock single rotor disk brake

  • Handlebars: Norman Hyde Ace bars (aka: Clubman Bars), powdercoated gloss black

  • Grips: Beston GT Grips with polished aluminum bar-end weights

  • Control Cables: Custom braided stainless steel clutch and throttle cables, Teflon lined

  • Ignition Switch: Stock switch relocated to LH frame with billet LSL relocation kit

  • Steering Dampener: BellaCorse Steering Dampener kit installed on RH side of bike

  • Foot Controls: Norman Hyde Rear Sets.  Jenks rear foot peg elimination caps

  • Instrumentation: Stock OE speedometer/dash with custom stainless steel cup

  • Headlight: Stock 7" headlight on Norman Hyde mount

  • Tail Light: Actual 1966 alloy tail light with reproduction lamp

  • Turnsignals: None installed, however the bike is pre-wired for 4 indicators

  • Front Fender: Norman Hyde TX fiberglass front mudguard with aluminum brace.  Painted Triumph OE Metallic Silver (PPG Polyurethane base/clearcoat)

  • Rear Fender: Stock OE steel rear fender, cut-down in length and side profile and supported with an actual 1966 rear fender brace.  Painted Metallic Silver.

  • Fairing: Norman Hyde TX fiberglass fairing with clear acrylic bubble shield and tubular steel mounting system

  • Fuel Tank: Norman Hyde polished aluminum fuel tank with mounting strap, petcock and flip-open Monza fuel cap.  Capacity: Lots!

  • Seat: Norman Hyde TX fiberglass seat pan with black vinyl seat cushion.  Painted Gloss Black (PPG Polyurethane base/clearcoat)
