ORDERING INFORMATION

We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and FedEx Corporation, your single source for time-sensitive and time-deferred package, document, and freight transportation services internationally to all 48 states, AK, HI & PR.

Payments

PayPal:

Major Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit carts. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay on-line with a credit card. PayPal is merely a gateway for processing the charge. Phone-in orders accepted as well.

Money Order/Cashiers Check/Western Union:
Please include a detailed list of items you wish to purchase, your email address, daytime telephone number and detailed shipping address when you send us the MO/Check. We recommend you notify us first via telephone or email that you will be sending a MO/check. All checks must be payable to: SEL-MOTION

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6.00% will be added to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses as well as local pick-up. Sales tax is not collected on shipments to recipients outside Michigan.

Shipping

We ship via FedEx Ground (5 day) service or US Priority Mail (3 day) service. Our goal is to process and ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.  We do occasionally run-out of some items as does our suppliers. If your order is on backorder status, you will be notified via email. Please note that real-time inventory status is not shown on our web site.  Items that are shown as backordered are typically on long-term backorder (30 days or more).  

Refunds and Returns

The customer must email us first to obtain the return authorization and instructions to most efficiently handle the return situation. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the product’s price. The product must be in unused & resalable condition in order to be eligible for refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of return shipment. Returned merchandise which reduces the amount of the remaining order to below the threshold for qualifying for Free Shipping promotion, will be assessed an outbound shipping charge against the refunded amount. SEL-MOTION reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee to returns that do not meet the above criteria. To avoid extra cost due to return, we strongly recommend you contact us for any doubts you may have before your purchase. Engine/driveline/exhaust components, all Electrical components, all Suspension components, books/publications, DVD’s, special orders and Trade/Resale orders are Final Sale and are ineligible for refund.

ON-LINE (PayPal) Order Cancellations

Any Buyer-cancelled order placed on-line using our shopping cart powered by PayPal, is subject to a 5% service fee and will be deducted from your net refund.

The determination of the suitability of any product for specific use is the responsibility of the User. All Motorcycles are potentially dangerous and can cause great harm, personal injury or death. It is your obligation to operate, use, transport, maintain and store your motorcycle in a safe manner. Parts & accessories for motorcycles are potentially dangerous and if installed and/or operated incorrectly can cause your motorcycle to malfunction, lose control and/or crash. To insure safety of operation, we recommend that all parts & accessories be inspected, fitted and installed by a competent motorcycle mechanic before using the motorcycle. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of the installation or use of any of the parts & accessories obtained from SEL-MOTION Motorsports or it’s agents. Warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the original part per the Original Manufacturer’s warranty period.

It is agreed by and between the User and SEL-MOTION Motorsports Marketing that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this agreement, shall be litigated, if at all, before the United States District Court for the South Eastern District of Michigan, or as to those lawsuits to which the Federal Courts of the United States lack subject matter jurisdiction, before a court located in Oakland County, Michigan, USA to the exclusion of the Courts of any other county, state or country.

Privacy Policy

SEL-MOTION is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
